LOT OVERVIEW
6.72 acres
Lot D enjoys panoramic views over the Moors Valley and up to Mount Ozzard. This lot slopes away in all directions, most dramatically to the North. Lot D also gradually tapers away to the South, providing for a fantastic sunny exposure. Remnants of a skidder road circles the top plateau of lot D, allowing for a ring road to be built quite easily with minimal impact. Standing old growth can be found on this lot. The sub grade is glacial till, a material that can be quarried out to build out a road network. A year round creek, the major outflow from the Moores, flows underneath a log bridge at the northern edge of the lot. This log bridge is the beginning of Lot D’s 300 meter long driveway which is partially shared with strata lot E.
